I think with him being that passive so far, you have to give him credit for a real hand here. Problem is whether a real hand means AA/KK only or includes stuff like JJ/AK...Calling to see if he fires another bullet on the turn is no option as you would have to call those last 46 bucks anyway (in case no A or K hits) so its either fold or shove here...Close decision IMO.

shove all day he has a 34BB stack which is a way more accurate gage of how bad he sucks than stats over 33 hands

Looks fine...stack sizes definetly dictated the play here. I guess i only see a problem with your preflop play....I think right there you have to make your decision for the rest of the hand...You can't profitablly call the 40 hoping to hit a set. so you need to decided if your queens are best hand there
