just change country on neteller/site?

I changed my country to trinidad and tobaggo on ub and it let me use neteller. of course neteller probably won't work till I change my country there too -- but does anyone think this or won't work -- and would it be legally fraudulant (punishable)?

well, did the funds appear in your UB account after the deposit?

Sounds perfect. I doubt they will notice your money is coming from an American bank.

well if he has money in neteller and it lets him deposit to a site then its a great idea

i'm talking about current money already in the system. not money going into the system from a us bank.

You are not going to get in trouble with the law, however, if neteller or UB catches you, they will lock your account and possibly seize your funds. Also, how do you plan on getting the money out of UB?

ask for a check if I wanted withdraw the money out of the entire account?

I highly doubt ub cares how he gets the money on the site
They have no reason to freeze his account if he pulls this off
