These are text records of the hands you have played online. These are fed into Poker Tracker for analysis. You can also convert these into an easy-to-read format in order to post them on the strategy forums here for advice.
What site do you play? |

Seems like no-one has yet understood your question. The hand histories aren NOT from joining 2+2, or from Pokertracker. They're from whatever site you play poker on.
All sites that I know of at least give the option of saving your hand histories so that if you wanted, you could load them into poker tracker (or similar software) and analyze your game. |
