C/R\'d with top set on 4-card straight board?
How would you play turn and if called, subsequent river shove?

I'd say push...what range would u say he has to have to make the call PF, unless it contains a seven then you are in the clear. And you always have a chance to make a Full House on the river.

Without a read, I think a big c/r on a 4-straight board is almost always the goods. If you have the disciple to fold your set UI on the river, call for implied odds + hope you fill up.

Re: C/R\'d with top set on 4-card straight board?
I don't understand why anyone would narrow this guy's range to 77 (as the only hand with a 7). A7, T7, 97, 87, 76, 75, are all easily in the range of an unknown UTG limper at 25NL.
I fold. Every time I start thinking people are making moves on me I just end up getting shown the nuts. |

call. If he's limping utg with any hand that has a 7 in it, he'll pay you off if the board pairs.
he might even be an idiot with 55 or 66 that was slowplaying his set, and now is panicking when the board makes a 4 straight. |
