A x with limpers preflop question
Say you're at a loose table. 2 limpers limp in from of you in the CO. What aces do you raise with? A8o? A9o? Is it better to overlimp with the weaker suited aces or do you bloat the pot?

Re: A x with limpers preflop question
Raise around A8s and up, limp the rest. Raise A9o and up probably. Experimenting with limping A8o here but often fold. Fold the rest. Though playing these offsuit aces greatly depends on who's behind and in the blinds.

Re: A x with limpers preflop question
Depends on how aggro the blinds are. If they're passive I'll overlimp with A8o+, raise with ATo+, overlimp any Axs, raise A7s+.

Re: A x with limpers preflop question
Depends on the people behind, but generally raise ATo+ and A5s+, fold worse Axo and limp worse Axs. Should I start playing A9o for a raise? What do you guys do with KT/QT/JT?

Re: A x with limpers preflop question
I would usually fold A9o, raise A8s and limp A2s-A7s but it depends on the players behind me.
I will overlimp KTo, QTo, QJo, JTo and T9o unless there is a lot of preflop aggression behind me. |
