To get email notifications of Party's reload bonuses does it matter whether or not you have money in there? I haven't gotten an e-mail about Party reloads in a long time and now that I'm thinking of playing there again when a reload hits...I'm just wondering...

Is it better to have money in PP or no money in there or is there no difference?

Looks like I'll just have to keep an eye out here for the bonuses that come up.
