Default NL25: AK on drawy board how\'s my line here?

Villian was 29.7/7.2/11.3 @ 50 hands or so. I really had a tough decision on the turn. He could have made his straight but he could also be drawing. I thought that calling was a bit weak so that's why i raised? bad line? opinions?

IMO, you have to raise that pathetic bet by him, on principle

I hate it, but I think you have to muck here. 33, TT, KQ are all w/i his range. I fold and make a note that a weak bet may be looking to get raised and find a better spot and do my damn'dest to stack'em!

Well played!

ok but is a c/r on the turn better than a b/f ?!?! if raised?

Cuz if he had the draw i'm giving him a free card

I dont get the c/r on the turn. Villian can take a freecard, but decides to make a minbet, why?? He must know you wont fold, so that is not the reason. The only other reason is taht he wants you to come over the top, exactly what you do. You just played the hand like Villian wanted it to. Offcourse this is a fold.
YOu could have used some of his tactics and minreraise him on the turn, I expect him to make the same move, difference is it saves you some money.

You don't have much beat.. i dont know why your are C/R here.

Seems like you don't push a lot of hands off...

I think b/f is better, but checking that turn for pot control aint bad either.

Have you never seen people do this with a flush draw?
Yes, they even do it in position for some reason.

i might push of a weaker ace there. I agree with panic on his tactics but I never minraise ever :P lol There is just no point. I'm raising to get value out of a hand. I really didnt believe villian was strong in this hand. That's why i raised. I think a 2/3 PSB on the turn would have been a lot better in this spot. If raised it's a easy fold if called i'm shutting down on the river.

By that play i'm also charging the draws and by checking the turn i'm giving away a free card?

Right?
