Not sure if I was right to fold this river. Could he be value betting a worse hand? Seems like a weird bet when the flush comes, unless he was double suited in hearts and clubs.

Ugh, please 3-bet pot on the turn, if he has T8xx then you have boat outs and maybe flush outs. As played, pretty bad river, I think you can fold.
