(Taking the heat off CCU for a bit here. )
My good friend signed up for a bunch of offers at GamesGifts, and after a bunch of emails, support tickets, and basically two months of waiting and nagging the terrible customer service, he got them credited. He also received a few referral credits, of which I couldn't do any (most of the casinos I had already done). To date, he is still owed: -An XBox 360 (just ordered the other day, but I doubt it will ship for another month) -A $50 gift certificate bonus for one of the casinos (been a few weeks) And his referrals still have not received their initial $20 gift cards. I have been emailed by the GamesGifts people about "clearing up" the problems that my friends have. This is ridiculous. Handle your business with them directly, and actually carry out the promises you make. How hard is it to pay out $20 Amazon or Paypal payments ever, much less on time? At least CCU/FON is responding in the forums and does a basically good job of communicating his side of the story. The GamesGifts people (or person, as the case may be) just sits around, doesn't respond to tickets/emails in any reasonable amount of time, then makes empty promises like "We'll send out that gift certificate right away!" then never does. Stay away from GamesGifts. |

I agree with the OP, gamesgifts has neglected payment on my credits and the credits of someone I referred for well over a month now. It's reaching the point where I doubt either of us will ever be paid. Staying away is probably a most wise decision for anyone looking to dabble in the affiliate game.

I've been waiting on mine for 2+ months. They are scum. I've put in support tickets and just haven't heard from them in weeks. Owed gift cards and credits.

I had been waiting 2 months for 2 credits and they did just credit them. I am not happy how long it has taken, but I have a glimmer of hope now.
I will let you guys know when/if I recieve my nano. |

I've gotten $60 in gift cards to Amazon and an Ipod Nano (both actually received), but they have been slow in crediting and I have two offers completed that have been outstanding for 2 months.

I was hoping to whore through them till I hit 14 points, but damn it's so painfully slow that I'll take the 8 points-$500 amazon card and run like a [censored]

They finally credited by buddy his remaining waiting points *whew*. Now hopefully he will be able to use the points.

I havent had many problems with gamesgifts. i had some trouble getting a couple of the bingo sites credited but they worked on it and i got them in a couple of weeks. The main problem with gamesgifts i would say is the fact that they keep taking down offers. when i started going there they had 8 more offers than they do now. i havent had trouble getting points or paid though.

I have only had one credit issue with JetBingo but my Xbox 360 was ordered on Sept 7th and I'm still waiting on the tracking information to be sent to me.

They are slow. Making your customers wait, often without any response, for extended periods of time is just a hokey-ass way to do business, but they will always come through. Its free stuff for basically doing nothing, so you can't really complain. You WILL get your stuff. Don't worry.
