I'd bet. I don't think folding is an option just yet.

As much as I hate big pairs, no way do I consider check-folding this. I'd just bet out; worst case for you is that he has a 4-card 7 which isn't all that bad because the Deuce is so disconnected for making a straight. It might even be worth a check-raise since he'll bet 4th almost 100% of the time. Whether he's paired or not you have >50% equity.
