Default $25NL- JJ OOP need a line check

No reads at the table. One of my biggest leaks is playing underpairs OOP. How's my line?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $39.90
Hero (BB): $26.00
UTG: $23.15
CO: $14.65
BTN: $26.85

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, CO folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $1.00</font>, SB folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.00</font>, UTG calls $2.75, BTN calls $2.00

Flop: ($9.10) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $4.75</font>, UTG calls $4.75, BTN folds

Turn: ($18.60) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $7.00</font>, UTG calls $7.00

River: ($32.60) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets all-in for $11.25</font>, UTG calls all-in for $8.40
Uncalled bet of $2.85 returned to Hero

Pot Size: $49.40 ($2 Rake)

I dunno if its such a good idea to be playing pairs like this oop. Utg seems like a huge station though, with the limp call of a 3 bet.

But standard line after pf would be to bet 7-8 on flop and be done with the hand if utg comes along.

I would raise more preflop. Also, when UTG calls on the flop in a multiway pot I put him on a Q and shut down. After your turn bet, the good card on the river, and your relatively small stack left behind, shoving at the end is fine.
