Default Vegas Parking

I'm going to be in a situation where I've got a rental car for about 8 hours before my flight departs. Rather than drop it off at the airport early, then cab back to the strip to gamble (then back to the airport), figured it would be best to go someplace and park it.

What's parking like at the major casinos? I've never had a rental in town (don't really need it), but like I said, this time I will for a few hours.

Drive over to Red Rock worth it perhaps just for fun?

Parking is free in Vegas and no one cares how long you park for. Everyone has garages. Enjoy!

Bring water and a snack for your hikes from most casino garages to the casino itself.

Parking is easy on the strip for the most part.
Walk to casino floor is not that bad.
Red Rock is ok, not the 8th wonder of Vegas like some say though.
Green Valley Ranch is just as nice, poker room is not bad and it is very easy to hit the airport from there.

As this might be your one opportunity to see it, I'd say go for the Red Rock. It's sweet, and there are usually some very good games there.

I don't grok this fascination with RedRock. It's still again just another casino, only it's miles from the strip. It's nice, but it's not better than any of the nice strip properties. It's a fine choice if you're gonna be in that neck of the woods anyway, but I wouldn't waste the time to drive out there from the strip.

Red Rock is a locals casino with a pulse. Better action/people/atmosphere/choices are found on the Strip. No reason to trek out there.
