guy is pretty bad and a fish, but dont know too much about him. he is also fairly short so i wasnt sure whether or not to shove it.

Ya whatever, this is a fine fold...if you push, youre either in really bad shape, or about a flip

With the stack sizes, and given that he's a fish, I call (or push) this without giving it much thought.

I think I prefer checking this flop.

fold is obviously fine as played. its hard to say "check the flop" without wondering if thats been skewed by seeing the results, but I think thats a pretty decent option here, just to keep the pot under control for now. Surely you'd check the flop here with some other big hands and some small ones, so its not like you're giving up your range or anything by doing so.

Against a fish I think I fold this 100%. I'd probably check this flop a decent amount too.

Against a good regular I might get frisky, since he likely knows it's so hard to continue after a raise on this flop with anything but a very strong made hand or the A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
