20 NL check or value bet?
0.10/0.20 NL @ local bar end of the night I am up to about $35 (bought in for 20) when this hand comes up. The table is very loose and I have been playing TAG.
6-handed UTG+1 raises to $1.50(standard raise) has me slightly covered. He has very low standards and is willing to go to the felt with TP. He has bought in 3 times. I am OTB with QJ[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I call. All fold. Pot:$3.30 Flop: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] He checks I bet $3 he calls Turn: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Pot $9.30 He checks I bet $6.50 he calls River:5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Pot $22.30. He checks. I have got about $25 left and put him on Ax [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or QK or small pp. If he had the better J, I think he would`ve raised on the flop. He might slowplay the TJ but I don`t think he would check that to me on the river. So do you check behind or value-bet here? TIA |

Re: 20 NL check or value bet?
Check. I don't see him calling with a worse hand or folding a better hand.
