Default NL 25 Blind x Blind. Flop trips, what to do?

http://www.pokerhand.org/?1029027

Villain is 30/8/13 in 157 hands.

What do tou think of my line? I am putting my thoughts:

Pre-flop: It would be possible to raise here. But I guess nothing wrong in just taking a free flop.

Flop: Not many potential draws, I thought it was ok to slowplay.

Turn: Now he bets minimum and then reraise my 3 times raise. No way I am folding here. This guy is a maniac pos-flop. I´m all-in.

I would typically bet the flop because the pot is so small and you have so much value.

Raise to $1 or $1.25 on the turn, when he 3-bets you he is either representing a 7 or 56. Your shove turns your hand into a bluff.

Call turn, call river UI.
