Default 100NL - missing value

These 2 hands were played at the exact same time on different tables. Weird. Am I going overboard on these rivers? On each hand I figured that if they had a hand worth calling, they'd be willing to call alot..

Villain in this hand is 56/10 over 50 hands

Blinds: $1/$2
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: $198
UTG+1: $453
CO: $241.50
Button: $164.27
SB: $132.11
BB: $202.56

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero raises to $8, 4 folds, BB calls.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($17, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $10, BB calls.

Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($37, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $20, BB calls.

River: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($77, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $80

This guy is 32/3 and I suspect he is kinda tilting cuz I stacked him shortly before and he was spouting off about it.

1) i make it $14 on the flop, bet more on teh turn and i think the river is fine. although i probably would make it slightly smaller.

2)i bet mroe on the flop, more on the turn and i would just value bet the river.

both hands I bet more on the turn/river.

Bet size on the river is fine. No trips is folding either hands after 'inducing bluffs'.

Bet more on the flop! Like 14 in the first one and 9 in the 2nd. I actually quite like the 1/2 pot bets on the turn when you boat and they could be drawing to the flush, also it looks a bit weak so you might draw a c/r from some players. Given how they both played out I dont like the overbets on the river, Id 2/3 pot first one and bet about $40 the 2nd.

You're missing too much value on flop/turn and trying to make it up with river overbet. Turn bet in both hands is too small and flop bet in hand 1 is too small.

In general you can only pot river if you pot f/t (which isn't that common in SSNL), so, pot (or .9) flop, .8 pot turn, .6pot river.

Against these opponents, don't you guys agree that any hand strong enough to call a reasonable value bet is quite likely to call an overbet? Given stats and the read in the second hand, I thought it was justified. I dunno.

Hand2, he's likely calling w an A and not without it ...

but, turn bet should be larger you're losing value.
