Default Car crash advice please w/pics

I was in a pretty bad car crash on saturday. I t-boned the other car but it was not my fault, he was trying to make a left where it clearly states no left turns. There were other cars beside me so i was nearly impossible to see him car and the only time i did see it were seconds before we collided. I was knocked out by the impact and recieved a neck and head injury thats going to need physio to get better. The other driver was charged and ticketed. What kind of compensation can i get and how would i go about doing it, i know im going to need to talk to a lawyer but as of right now im constantly on the phone with the insurance company.

Dont have pictures of the other guys car right now, but it turned out to be a company car for Procter&Gamble which is a pretty big brokerage company.

1. Get in car accident with P&G truck.
2. Exagerate injuries. (Ex. wear a neck brace)
3. Profit.
4. Quit job.
5. Life is good.

wait to see what kind of offer the insurance company will do, also have you gone to a mechanic to see if your car is "totaled"
