- In a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court ruled that greenhouse gases were air pollutants under the Clean Air Act:

- Also today, the Supreme Court declined to review the appeals of Guantanamo detainees. The majority said that they had not exhaused all legal appeals, indicating they might hear the case later. So these guys get to sit in Gitmo for 5 more years when we already know the issues today. Great.

It is official...
Saunas and hot tubs now fall under the jurisdiction of the EPA. Even hot showers are legally a form of polution.
