Default 32 vegas trouble

After deposting 100 and getting the 320% bonus, i proceeded to play 5000 hands of Poker 3. When i checked with CS he informed that i had 220 left to go. Upon completion of the 220 Ron at CS told me that he had made a mistake and i would have to play the full amount in slots only in order to cash out. He gave the number to phone which doesnt work by the way and told me to email them. I quite certain the T&C mention nothing of the slots only BS. Any recommendations?

This is pretty much Standard Operating Procedure at 32 Vegas (and Monaco Gold for that matter), so be prepared to fight and bitch and complain, but you will eventually get your money. My guess is they start doing this when they have a lot of cashouts and don't want to pay them all at one time. If they tell you this then either A)you play more and lose then they don't have to pay you or B)you fight and they stall and they have another 2 weeks to pay you.

I would keep pestering them about it until they pay you. Some people say the 1 email every 3 hours works, some people file complaints with playtech.

They are a PITA to deal with but almost everyone eventually gets their winnings if they stay on top of them. If it wasn't such a nice bonus, it wouldn't be worth the trouble IMO.

That's exactly what happened to me. Good luck trying to get the cashout. I've complained to CS so many times, tried to get up the ladder and couldn't.

I reported it to Playtech and they were completely incompetent as well. If you figure it out, let me know...

I've tried e-mailing 5 times a day. I've tried contacting Playtech as well. Neither has worked, Playtech claims that 32Vegas told them they gave me my cashout (which they haven't) and when I replied back to Playtech I never got a response.

Any other ideas?

EDIT: I should also add that after the first few correspondences with them and no luck, I started getting a nasty and threatening tone that I would contact Playtech and also inform every forum I could find not to do business with them. I figured this might work, but alas it did not.

When i had trouble with these guys, they also ignored the first time Playtech tried to settle the matter, but when i insisted at Playtech i finally got my money (Communication with Playtech takes ages though).
When they say they paid you why not ask for a transaction ID?
If everything else fails i would pitch a bitch at Casinomeister.

Because the money was back into my 32 account, and I reqeusted another cashout, but I'm sure it'll be denied again...

Also, at Monaco... After I finished clearing the bonus and had about $900. I was still trying to deal with 32 so I hadn't requested a cashout yet. I log-in and it says my account has been closed. I e-mail them, they e-mail back trying to give me a new password. I use that password, account has been closed. E-mail again. Then they reply back and say since I can't get into my account, they've decided to CLOSE IT, and REFUND my original deposit. BUT, it hasn't been refunded, I still can't login to my account, and regardless of that it's bull because I had already cleared the bonus for a gain of $400.

I think the point is, this group is shady as hell, and you're gonna have a hell of a time getting these bonuses. Plus they change the terms every half hour.
