I would bet more on all streets, closer to 3/4ths pot

doesnt seem too out of line, maybe bet a bit more on all streets (esp river) and make it 4BB pre but other than that..

I would have bet more on turn not much more just $1.20 and on river bet at least $2 probably lean towards $2.50 or $3. He may be just calling you down with Top pair good - weak kicker. Can never be to sure though.
