Default NL200 preflop blind situation

Is calling, folding or re raising best here?

Button is 32/19 who steals preflop more then 30% of the time.

SB is 35/8 and is probably likely to fold if I reraise

All full stacks

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
4 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG folds, Button raises to $8, SB calls, Hero?

I generally make it $28. He's got liberal raising requirements and you are out of position.
