If you are pretty sure he'll bet it, looks like an OK spot. What was the flop plan, b3bAI?

c/r wouldnt be a bad move. especially if villan is capable of floating here. your other options are to lead again (i sometimes do this) or c/c (aside from c/r-ing). leading again may get more value from a Q/charges draws such as KJ/other diamonds. c/c-ing allows you to perhaps extract more from villan if he is laggy on both the turn and river, and allows you to get to your draw easier.

i think c/r-ing this turn is the best move given opponent's lagginess (vb-ing river obviously).

I feel that a turn c/r often lets our opponents off too easily. Orange suggested some good alternative lines.

True, turn c/r should be for in-game, metagame, table dynamics, read/feel situations. It's not the best way to get the most value, in general, in this hand. Best, is just to bet it.
