Re: video for dean
Most of it looked fine, IŽd play the QQ a bit harder in the capped pot so the caller dont get to see the turn cheap.
The one where you get donk-3bet holding A8, I think you should call as you are getting like 10:1 and you have hidden outs against his most likely hands. The Q5cc you comment about in the chat, I think you should atleast see the river. |

Re: video for dean
[ QUOTE ]
the only hand i really think i botched was a8. pf was misclick then flop is easy raise and i should call turn and fold river. blah. [/ QUOTE ] dunno Im rarely folding A8o to a limper, especially a loose one. Depends on blinds. Id also raise in sb with a tight bb against a limper, otherwise complete with a loose bb. |

Re: video for dean
15:30 QdQh you check behind on the turn with the board 5d 7h 4h Kh . I think it's a pretty big mistake, you're getting called or raised by any hand with a heart and check/raise is not a disaster.

Re: video for dean
I don't think many (any, without info) people pop him on a K rag flop with a heart after he caps pre-flop. Not enough for a substantial subsidy, anyways.

Q5s @ 14:30
Q5s hand defending your BB to button raise: KQ7 flop.
when you call on the flop with 2nd pair, bad kicker, do you think you are ahead here most of the time? or do you call just because villan continuation bets a huge range and you have 5 outs most of the time if you aren't ahead? turn brings a T... so, now villan has lots of possible gutshot draws and more 2 pair hands are likely. i don't know if a fold is good or bad. if you did decide to continue, you could call the turn and the river for 2 bets. how about a bet / fold on the turn instead? maybee villan folds a small PP or a weak ace. if he calls turn, you can check-call the river and it cost the same 2 bets to get to showdown, but gave him a chance to fold. |

19:30 K7s
mp open limps, folded to SB who raises. it may be an isolation raise with a mediocre hand, but i tend to assume it's more likely SB has a good pair or broadway hand to raise OOP.
is K7s a standard call here for you? just curious |
