Default 2007 WSOP SCHEDULE

So Harrah's released the 2007 WSOP schedule. All I can say is thank you Negreanu and whoever else was on the WSOP advisory committee. It's got plenty of hold'em, but very few hold'em only events in proportion to other events. There's 3 7 stud hi/lo tourneys, and also 3 HORSE tourneys, a SHOE tourney, and a lot of other mixed events. I'm pumped!

FINALLY!!!!!!!, they added a PLO8 event, a $1500 buyin on June 25th. I will definitely be there. I only hope they have competent enough dealers to deal this tournament, so we don't end up seeing only 10-15 hands per level.

I'm planning on playing in one of the lower buy in events, specifically Event 6, the $1500 limit hold em event. Will I start with only 1500 in chips (my assumption)? If not, how many will I start with?

I predict that this will be the fastest tournament ever, and will also have more people eliminated on the first hand than ever before.

How about the Heads Up tournament they added, very nice.

Main event - looks like they are going with 3 day 1's with 3000 players each instaed of 4 with about 2200. Also, looks like no second chance tournaments this year during/after the main event.

Nice...NO BRACELET EVENTS AFTER THE MAIN EVENT!!!!!!
the second chance ones still go for the action, but bracelets shouldn't be handed out for those events like last year.

Hellmuth's 10th bracelet was before the main event. He did finish 3rd in a post-ME tournament.
