Neteller Cash Out Question

Hi:

About 5 days ago, I cashed into Starluck Casino and Bet365, using my VISA card(no funds in Neteller at the time). When I cleared the bonus on each of these casinos, I requested a cashout via Neteller, about 3 days ago. So far no funds have been placed in my Neteller account, nor have I received a an e-mail from either casino.

So basically, even though I did not supply my Neteller information to either casino, should I expect an e-mail from these casinos asking me for the information, or will I have to wait a while for them to somehow get the information from Neteller themselves?

One would assume that in order to put money into your Neteller account they would require that information. In order for them to get that information they need to communicate in some way with you.

Not so annoying tone: call them, give them your information to get your money. Both casinos pay out in less than 48 hours.

bet365 pays to neteller.
but starluck will only do that if you deposited from there. so you have to deposit 20$ first before you can withdraw your amount +20.
