NL 25: Bad turn line w/ AA, K-high board?
Reads: At the time of this hand villian is new to the table. No previous hands on him.

If people like this turn line, how would the hand change if you knew his stats to be 55/0/(.37 including preflop, 1.1 not including preflop) after 33 hands? If this turn line is bad, I was thinking that b, call AI > cf > bf. Do other people agree with that thinking? |

your stack-a-donk line is good if your villain is aggro or has been floating you some.
if your villain is passive, then just keep betting until you're broke. And god bless him if he has some funky 2 pair, but I'm probably not folding AA anywhere to a 55/0 donk. |

I rikey!
More often than not you're probably ahead. Go ahead and get it in here. You'd be surprised how often this is K9+ or something like that. |

This is fine especially against a villain with those stats.

Re: NL 25: Bad turn line w/ AA, K-high board?
Meh, I just keep firing the turn.
We are never folding, obviously, and if he has a K its likely hes goign to keep calling if we keep betting into him. So I'm betting w/ the intention of getting it in if he raises. If he just calls, I'm shoving river. The negatives of goign for a c/r here on the turn are that he may not bet a hand like KT-KQ, and it would really be awful for it to check through and have either him make two pair on the river, or a potential scare card 5 or T fall. Also, c/r'ing allows him to sometimes make a "big fold" in his mind and fold his lone K. Whereas, I think he is more likely to call a turn and river bet then he is to call a turn c/r. |
