Default Teach me how to not be a moron

Comments on any street would be great. Villain is LAG after 50 hands, raising 15% of hands preflop, and VP%IP 36%.

Fine p/f, but Id raise more, to 1400 on the flop. As played Id also bet the flop for 1800. Having checked behind though calling on the end is fine. Im not sure theres much value in raising on the end as really its only hands that are beating us who are calling.

raise to 1000-1200 on the flop, you have a vulnerable hand on a drawey board.the meek 200 bet on the flop screams of a draw and they both came in by the river. i fold here.

Why bet the turn? I fold the river about half the time here.

yeah, your flop raise is the only problem with this hand. Raise to 2000. Overbet a little -if he has a king, he will think you are on the flush and get KJ or KQ in; if he has a flush, he may find a fold or AI; you're happy to get it in with two pair here.

Please don't bet the turn - KQ comprises such a big part of OR's range, it's not even funny; so do many made flushes. When you bet the turn, you're committed on the river and the only hand you LOVE to see here is KJh. That's wishful thinking.

I would have lead out on the turn, the flush card hit which means that I could buy the pot right here if he doesn't have the flush or I could build the pot by giving him improper odds if he has something like A of hearts and a pair. My range for villian is K3+, A7, A8, AT-AKs, JTs, 77-TT. I think you are ahead of his range here but the fact that he is LAG should have been enough to lead the turn to build a pot with what is probably right now slighly ahead of his range. Although I am feeling that he has a monster and would have probably tried to find any way to fold this hand on the river if I had lead out on the turn and been called. As played, however, I think you have to call with the pot odds your getting and opponents large range.

PF is bad, IMO. UTG+1 is way too short to be limping behind with a middle SC and you're just asking to be shoved off the hand.

Agreed on that...I think the worst part of the hand was not raising preflop or folding (probably the better of the 2). Everything else was just as bad I guess.

Obviously, villain had JT and got there.
