I find my postings here very therapeutic

When I watch the Sopranos I always kind of scoff at the Pyscho-babbly that goes on between Tony and Melfi. However, at night as I'm about to go to sleep, and reflecting on the day, I alawys begin to empathize with Tony and start seeing the truth behind Melfi's suggestions and the therapeutic value of the positive activities she recommends.
