help help help! my acct might be in jeopardy

I received the following IM.

CRAZY BOY sayz went away at 1:29:17 PM.

I was playing poker and was busy so I just clicked on it. When it popped up asking me to download something, I clicked on cancel and realized how stupid it is. Is my acct in jeopardy?

I know this might not belong in this forum, but if anyone can help, that'd be great. I guess i'm looking for reassurance that my comp is safe or if there is other's I can do.

Do you use MS Internet Explorer? You shouldn't.

use antivirus scanner.
