I don't think you can fold this even though it sucks, the odds are just too good.

Re: Top Two, 4 Straight on Board
Wow cant fold? 10 hands make up about 171 hands if we dont count the ace. Lots of players call down with 109 108 107 a10 in this spot and even sometimes 10q! Thats 40 hands right there. Plus 6 sets of 8 and 9s...thats about 46 hands all together.
Thats about 68 hands that beat yours, this looks like a fold to be honest. If they board didnt river a straight, then were still looking at about 32 hands of straights and about 6 hands from sets as a set of aces is highly unlikely. So thats about 38 hands..If players can fold 1010 on a board of 9 7 4 in fear of 27 hands of two pair, 9 sets, 30 hands of higher pairs with 66 hands beating yours just on the flop why cant we fold to 38 hands when we have seen all 5 cards with two pair just saying its gonna happen and to the looks of this post it really looks like a river fold and say the river doesnt river a straight its still a tough spot to be in can very well likely be a set or straight probably 70% folds, 30% calls two pair is gonna run into a set and straights on occasions and if we can fold those hands we can save a lot of money, here it looks like a clear fold? |
