Default Looking to substantially improve my ring game-advice very welcome!

Hi everyone,
I've been playing poker for about 2 years. I would say 95% of the time I am playing either SNG or Tournament, and while I wouldn't say I'm a great player (average at best) I have won a nice amount relative to the events I have played in. I have read Harrington on Holdem 1&2 and Super System.

I am looking to seriously improve my cash game. I want to learn it from scratch. So I have a few questions.

I will be starting on the lower levels (0.05/0.10). What bankroll will I need (I'm thinking about 30 buyins?)

What are the best books for 6-max cash cames?

I have Poker Tracker, and I intend DataMining 24/7 for a few weeks while reading the books people recommend to me here. Now< i know there is a program which can superimpose player stats on the tables...whats it called?

Any other suggestions that could help?

Professional NLHE from 2+2.... discussion forums for book in numerous spots around here, one of the few books that really (for me at least) teaches you how to handle/think about NL cash situations in whole new way. As for 6-max, not too many books, but look in the uNL ans SSNL forums master sticky, goldmine of info here. Best of luck
