the co is the chip leader and has been seeing alot of flops flat calling raises and limping and then post flop pressuring opponents. i really think he sux but...ok so harrington on holdem 3 style:

1)fold
2)raise to 12k
3)shove all in

p.s i am among the chip leaders too this other guy is way ahead of the rest of us.

no info on MP2 - which is much more important here.

anyway i think this is a push, you want to chase off mp2 and get a call from the calling station. so only important is mps's stack-size, hence a 12k raise is not necessery. i would just shove.
