Default 25NL: 2 hands, should I fold?

Hi everyone,

My first post here, so hi!

I play mainly 25NL on Full Tilt - one of my biggest difficulties is having the discipline to fold a good hand that seems to be beaten - I'm currently working on it! I played a few tough spots (for me!) the past night and would really appreciate some thoughts on the following two hands:-

Hand 1 - Villain is ultra loose - 70/14.5/2.51

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $35.15
BB: $25.00
UTG: $23.65
MP: $31.05
CO: $7.75
<font color="black">Hero (BTN): $22.70</font>

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, CO calls $0.25, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.10</font>, SB calls $1.00, BB folds, CO calls $0.85

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($3.55) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, CO checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $2.25</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $4.50</font>, CO folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $13.25</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $22.00</font>

Pot Size: $38.80

This board immediately scared me - any thoughts on his range, how I played it to this point and what I should do next? I figure his range is KJ, TT, 99, QT, 9T, maybe AJs, AKs (I figure he'd have reraised AA or KK preflop) - is this too wide given that he reraised my re-reraise?

Hand 2 - Villain is again very loose - 48/14/2.34
I originally put his preflop raise as a button steal hence my 3-bet from the small blind with AQ - I then hit top pair and came up against resistance when I made a continuation bet.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

<font color="black">Hero (SB): $23.65</font>
BB: $58.55
UTG: $24.00
MP: $25.00
CO: $21.75
BTN: $18.25

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $0.85</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $2.80</font>, BB folds, BTN calls $1.95

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($5.85) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $5.00</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises to $10.00</font>

Pot Size: $20.85

....

Should I be folding here? What would you put his range as?

Hand 1 you arent folding... KJ is likely to be shown but you have top set....
Hand 2 Villain could easily have a set or an overpair the way he played it... it looks like KK to me... is that too much credit?
