where can I learn some 5CD strategy?

I just recently opened up a PokerStars account - and love that they have 5CD over there...ahh...memories of playing for pennies in camp.

Anyway - I want to play some 5CD - not as my main game, of course - just to mix it up a bit.

Are there any books or sections of books that are good?

I have SS1 - but I've heard that Caro's section is totally outdated - don't know whether that's true or not.

If this is better off in the Books/Publications forum, let me know....but I figured anyone who would know anything about 5CD would be hanging out here.
