I think it's appropriate to fire a double barrel on the turn sometimes. I also don't think that was the place to do it.

if the turn card didn't complete like 80% of drawing hands a 2nd barrel is fine.

I dont think you beed to be betting here on the flop, or the turb for that matter. Once you bet on the flop and got called you should be done with this hand unless you hit a 4. you are, i hope playing them for set value, meaning if you didnt flop a 4, try and cop a free card or 2. Betting an underpair into 2 players is not a great idea in my opinion.

Given the flop texture, the first bet is unlikely to take down the pot, and on the turn, there isn't much that you can beat that UTG would've called the flop bet with.

I also like the SB folding on the flop when first to act...
