Default [NL] 77 in SB, get re-popped by small stack in BB

I'm sorry if I'm annoying you with basic questions. But I'm a limit player and a NL noob and some concepts are not clear to me yet, and the standard plays are not obvious to me yet.

If we assume no reads on the BB, what is the play after he reraises me preflop considering his small stack?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

<font color="black">Hero (SB): $97.50</font>
BB: $37.40
UTG: $96.00
MP: $216.40
CO: $109.80
BTN: $58.40

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
4 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $4.00</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $11.00</font>

fold, at best you're flipping, but you could likely be a 1:4 dog and you dont have odds to call for set value

Edit: didnt realize it's BvB, which makes him 3-bet lighter i guess, but still folding seems best, you cant stand any heat with face cards on the board.
