Sit down at live $3/$5 table with $500 and double up on 2nd hand with QQ vs AJ on J68 flop. Less than 30 min later I get this hand

9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in BB and raise to teh limpers; $40 to go, 2 callers.

Flop comes 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I lead out with $90 and get a reraise to $200. I reraise to $400 and raiser pushes all in for another $200... I figure I might be up against a set or at worst, 56 but I didnt put her on that for a rainbow flop, pot odds, I have to call.

Long story short I'm up 2.8% to win, she has 56.

River: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Less than 1 hr up = almost $1k, thought that was a solid 3%'er brag.

when you lead for 90 and someone makes it 200, you are NOT getting "reraised" .. that my friend, is a raise.

reraise means to raise again. there needs to be a raise before there can be a reraise. your bet of 90 does not constitute a raise.

I'm TOTALLY aware of this. I'm sure I just got caught up in the excitement and it was a typo... wait, full house DOES beat straight right?! It should... it was an AWESOME TV show
