Default 50NL Flush on a paired board

The SB Aggro villian here is 16/7/5 over 110 hands but I dont really a serious read on him. The turn play looks a little passive but they were doing hte betting for me and I didnt want the pot to get out of control. The only thing im hoping to beat on the river is a loan king and a very unlikely smaller flush, do I still make this call?

Full ring I donīt like to play drawing hands like this OOP for most of the hand, fold pf.

Thereīs room for a bet on the flop I think. You have to fold the turn though, at least one of them has a better hand than you.

On the river I think it really unlikely that you have the best hand SB line is just way to strong when heīs playing OOP into two people.
