SURVIVOR LEAGUE, WEEK 9
At work, we have a bunch of people that pick a team to lose. If your pick wins their game, you are out. You can pick the same team as many times as you want.
So far, I've just been asking a few friends who know about football and looking at the money lines for the games to determine my pick (I know very little about football). The biggest money lines say: 4-Nov 12:59 PM WAS NYJ -200 12:59 PM ARI TAM -200 12:59 PM CAR TEN -215 12:59 PM SDC MIN -340 4:14 PM NENG IND -250 8:14 PM DAL PHI -200 5-Nov 8:29 PM BAL PIT -430 BAL @ PIT seems to be the biggest line, but some friends say Minnesota is sure to lose. Of these games, which team has the highest probability of losing? Some justification would be nice. |

Re: SURVIVOR LEAGUE, WEEK 9
I think Baltimore has a better chance of losing than Minn.
Minnesota is at home against the Chargers. The Chargers are hitting their stride and playing great ball, but last weeks score was inflated due to a number of defensive touchdowns and Houston special team gaffs. Minn also has a strong running game which can control clock and speed up the game. Balt on the other hand is away, in a national game against a better division rival. Pitt wins every matchup, especially on O. Go with the big home favorite with the medium away favorite. |

Re: SURVIVOR LEAGUE, WEEK 9
Balt has historically played very well in Pitt despite often times having worse teams many times (same with Pitt in Balt).
