Default Irrational fear of balding

Im not sure if this is normal or if im insane and have anxiety or something. For the past 2 or 3 weeks ive had this obsession with balding. Im always checking my head in the mirror under diffrent lighting. Thing is my hair looks the same as it did years ago. I have a more mature hairline but i have always had that. I dont apear to be balding at all. Everyone just laughs at me when i say something about it. Despite all this i still obsess about it. I remember thinking i was balding when i was 16 for a month or 2 and then i guess i just forgot about it. Am i crazy or is this fear of balding normal. Maybe the obsession isnt about balding at all and has some deeper meaning. Anyone else do this?

ive been going through the same thing lately since Ive turned 29. I dont really check all angles in the mirror b/c i dont have a second one to see the back of my head. Ive always had a thick head of hair and am not thinning anywear I can see.

Lately though Ive let my hair grow out more than I usually keep it and am actually styling it different for no apparent reason. I actually I had a dream the other night that I finally looked at the top/back of my head in the mirror and I had a huge baldspot that I just havent noticed.

I get all freaked out lately when Im showering and am washing my hair and there is hair in my hands afterwards. Maybe this has always been the case? I cant remember

If your not concerned about a lil bit of money there is no reason not to start using anti hair loss products right away if your that worried about it.

As soon as a single hair falls our prematurely I will be proactive about this whole thing and start freebasing Rogaine.

I really don't see myself being attractive as a balding/bald man.

Going bald is not a big deal. In many ways it makes life a lot easier. Just remember women aren't nearly as interested in looks as men are.

Here is the cure: Shave it all off. Then the fear will be gone once you know it will grow back.
