2/4 Typical horrible 99 in RRd pot
Villain was 35/22/floaty so that's possibly my first mistake. If we don't 3-bet hands like 99 here, it seems our range becomes too narrow. OTOH, what does it really accomplish if villain has a wide 3-bet calling range and will float a lot of flops (which, however, I did not really know at the time)?
Feels like I'm just giving away money in these spots. My turn call is horrible, but I just had no idea what to make of his ridiculous bet. Don't know whether he was trying to entice me to come over top, or was genuinely weak, so called out of confusion with pair + gutshot. Thoughts?
