Growing up I thought Red Alert was one of the top war/strategy games ever for the PC. How does this new one rank? I am in the process of purchasing a new computer solely for gaming after my finals are over and want some sweet new games.

It's prettier, different units, solid campaign. If you're a fan of the series you won't be disappointed.

Anybody tried it on the 360? RTS games haven't translated to consoles too well in the past, but I'm not giving up yet. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

^^eh, i've never been a big fan of these types of RTS games on the console and typically haven't been too good compared to the PC version...

as soon as i get off of supreme commander, i'll definitely give this game a look as i've enjoyed the series a lot...
