Courses where it is easy to find a match

I was reading the Limon golf/gambling thread and have read Rick Reilly's "Who's your Caddy?" Fascinating stuff. I was wondering, outside of AC and Vegas, are there certain courses/clubs that people know to go to pick up a match? I play in the Northern NJ area. I'm not really ready to pick up a game for money yet, but was wondering if anyone knows any courses around here (or anywhere else) where it is relatively easy to get a match.
