Default PLO8 -- Good draw, great price, is this standard?

Last night I played a home PLO8 game at my local poker league, when about 1/2 hr through the game when the following hand came up:

4 limpers
A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I limp (as most have been limping), and get a limper, the SB completes and BB checks.

Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

It checks around to me and I check, hoping to see a free turn when the button bets the pot, when it folds to BB who raises the pot, the guy to the right of me calls.

I have ~4k in chips before the hand, a call is about 2.5k, pot has about 7k in it, button is the only one that covers me and he is next to act. Is it worth my tournament life to push here w/ the nut low draw along w/ the str8 draw?

It's an OK flop for ya but once everyone livens up with the betting, I'd assume there's a set somewhere and probably a flush draw making your straight draw pretty worthless. Someone else having an A3 low draw is good possibility too so considering that you may be drawing to a quarter of the pot IF you hit it, I'd let it go.

I agree. You will half to get very lucky to scoop the pot. There is most likely another low draw out there and even if you hit you straight it may be no good by the river.

I shove it without a second thought. (I cry when turn is a 9 and river's anothe 2...).

I also probably pot the flop when it is checked to me.

Thanks for the replies, didn't think I was going to get any being that this isn't NLHE. I was going to fold, but then the guy to my right called giving me 3:1 odds, so I pushed AI and everyone called.

Guy to my left: set of eights
Guy to 2 to left: set of nines
Guy to my right: lower str8 draw (67s)
No one had a low draw or a flush draw(18 clean outs as 2 7's were gone, 6 for the full pot, 12 for half)

Turn: K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
River: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

If the cards were flipped up I would have called in a heart beat, as is, I still think I made the right call.

How many people are in this hand? 5? Clearly you want to get all-in here. Even if you get quartered, you're ahead. You likely have 6 outs twice to take the high here (minus redraws) plus a bazillion outs to take half or all the low.

PS this sounds like a very beatable omaha game.
