Default $15 QQ Who made bubble mistake?

Hi everyone, first post, 2+2er invited me here to discuss this hand.

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t600 with t50 antes (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

Hero (t5755)
Button (t335)
SB (t5655)
BB (t1755)

Preflop: Hero is in CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero raises to t1200, Button folds, SB raises to t5605 (All-in), BB folds, Hero calls t4405

Opponents are unknown to me but I thought the BU & SB were very good end game players and BB was a fish. I've made no raises that weren't shoves since my stack got beneath 10x. Normally never min raise here, but I thought the SB couldn't resist shoving a wide range w/ two shorties on the bubble, thinking he'd have a lot of fold equity.

Will post results upon request.
JB
p.s. assume everyone knows the payouts of 67.50, 40.50, 27
