Must be the first track on the band/individual's first full length studio album.

If the individual is well known from previous work with a band, then they are disqualified. For instance, you couldn't list something from Paul McCartney or Robert Plant. As for bands composed of individually famous members, that's iffy, and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
