Default Ever heard of a bluff+value shove? (WSOP 2k vs phil gordon)

Back story:
Phil Gordon and i have been quite chummy and we're hitting it off well. I also havn't had many hands at all so i have quite a tight image.

MP2 is pretty damn loose aggressive who twice before has iso shoved whenever given the opportunity. I also watched him min reraise a nit utg raiser with ATss and call the shove, so i know he's kind of all over the place.

Phil seems hesitant to risk his tournament life.

Stacks:
MP2: ~15k
Phil in MP3: ~6k
Hero: 3300

Hero holds AJo in hijack. Blinds 150/300 with 25 ante.

Preflop: Folds to MP2, MP2 raises to 1100, Gordon calls, i shove for 3300.

My thoughts are as follows: MP2's range is huge cause thats the way he plays. If phil had a hand he really liked he'd have shoved expecting to get called, but i'm still pretty sure his range is ahead of my AJ. I'm also def sure my AJ is ahead of MP2's range. I'm almost positive with my jam, MP2 will rejam and Phil will hate life and fold.

Thoughts?

if phil gordon is good shouldn't he always be trapping here?

He's going to have to be pretty damn bad to be pissing about with a substandard hand given stack sizes and villain and his position.

Is he that bad?

Any decent player(e.g., Phil Gordon)...would repop original raiser(whom you've described as LAG) with pocket 88's aj and up given stack sizes. He probably is trapping with AA(and maybe KK) here. If stacks were deeper, I could see him calling and not pushing with medium PP's.

To all people who respond to live hands:

Please stop thinking about hands in the context of online where people do things in mostly logical fashion and don't care if they busto.

Remember, this is live, for some reason with live players (and MANY live pros) going busto in one tournament is a big deal.

I am in full admittance that this play would be AWFUL online.

Are you saying he would smooth call with a medium pair with the blinds as high as they are? That's atrocious.

online or live, if gordon doesn't have a hand that can call a shove here, he sucks. the whole part about going busto doesn't make a difference, because if he called here it, as mentioned, should be because he has a big hand.

that being said, gordon kind of does suck.

What other stacks were behind Mr. Gordon? Images?

I shove unless it's a really really obvious spot to induce a resteal.
