NL200 - QQ to multi-tabling nit c/r AI

Villain has $250 and covers. He's a NL100 grinder who occasionally plays 200. He likes limping small pairs and offsuit connectors, and plays combo draws fast, but doesn't pull off any big bluffs usually. He usually plays 2-3 tables but is playing 8 at the moment and has been taking forever at this table, and playing seemingly tight (he raised JJ UTG, got called in 2 spots, and checked down in position on a Q2T37 rainbow board) nor has he been c-betting much . I don't have much history with him regarding 3-betting him pre, but IIRC he doesn't . Standard flop fold anyone?
