Age range of chix you would be serious with
What is your age and the age range of gurls that you would consider being involved with in a serious long-term relationship? I'm not talking about hooking up with, flirting with, banging, fondling, paying or otherwise -- strictly serious monogamous relationship.
Ok, I'll start -- I'm 26, and oddly-enough, I wouldn't consider a relationship with a girl younger than 25 or older than 29 1/2. I used to not even think about age when it came to pursuing girls, although I usually wound up with girls a few years older than me. Recently I became involved with this chick who turned 23 within a month of me turning 26. Man, I could not believe the schism in life-experience and maturity -- and, while I have what I consider to be quite a bit of diverse life experiences, I'm not especially mature in a lot of ways. But she made feel like I was 40. I had to cut her off. The whole thing, which only lasted 3 months (though we had been friends for a few years), left a really bad taste in my mouth. Now it's tough for me to even talk to gurls younger than me without me thinking about how immature they are. Not that they are all immature, it's just that my perception of younger gurls got really tweaked. WRT to the upper-end of my range, I simply have an aversion to 30 year olds. I feel like gurls who have hit the big three oh are generally going to be more mature than me, and more willing to settle down.

[/ QUOTE ] At 26, I cannot fathom having any sort of a meaningful connection with an 18 year old. I know a 20 yo who I think is pretty cool -- we flirt and [censored], but no way would I take it any further.

I've seen a few otherwise good relationships between early 30's women and late 20's/early 30's men fall apart after ~4-6 months, when the woman starts hitting the marriage subject pretty hard. 27, dating 25. Wouldn't date over 30 unless I was pretty sure she wasn't the "zomg the biological clock is ticking" types. On the lower end, out of college, whatever their age at that time.

I'm 24. I'd go with 18-30, but I'm open to higher ages (particularly if they just seem really amazing)
