Playing in new game. Strategy?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this, but i figured i'd get a quick and accurate response from you guys.

I play 10nl and some 25nl online, because i havn't got alot of time, rarely playing live as i am too young to go to the cas...

Alright, im playing 50nl tonight with friends of a friend, these people are supposodly 2/3nl winners at the cas for 5k and up.
what is my gameplan?

edit: i feel like a moron posting this, but i just need some reassurance and whatnot as this is the highest i've played live
